This lot is fully washed and dried slowly for 30 days under a canopy (solar tent), allowing for consistent, gentle drying that enhances depth and balance in the cup. The result is a rich, expressive profile: marmalade-like sweetness layered with a jammy, full-bodied mouthfeel. Notes of creamy dulce de leche are complemented by a vibrant pop of ripe maraschino cherry, creating a cup that is both indulgent and beautifully structured.
