For Bernab Padilla, a third-generation producer, coffee is his lifes work. He began at fourteen with half a hectare gifted by his father and has since expanded, shaping a vision centred on quality and innovation. With over 20 yearsof experience, Bernab and his wife Neydi Tocto have steadily improved their farm, investing in betterinfrastructure and drying systems to refine every step of production. Bordering the Tabaconas - Namballe Reserve, the farms unique microclimate nurtures Bourbon, Geisha, and Catimor varieties. Through careful cherry selection, dual anaerobic fermentation, and slow solar drying, Bernab produces expressive, high-scoring coffeeseach cup a reflection of his familys dedication and craft.
