From the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, this lot delivers a beautifully clean and fruit-forward profile. Expect bright citrus acidity layered with tropical sweetness, soft florals, and a crisp, refreshing finish — a reflection of the region’s fertile soils and careful smallholder cultivation. From El Boquerón in Guatemala, grown at high elevation and naturally processed, comes depth and richness. This component brings ripe stone fruit notes, caramelized sugars, and a gentle cocoa undertone, adding warmth and structure to the cup. Together, these two coffees create a profile that is lively yet grounded — vibrant acidity balanced by rounded sweetness and a silky body.
