The second release from Santa Lucia presents an exceptionally smooth and textured Yellow Pacamara lot. This rare varietal is notoriously difficult to cultivate, requiring meticulous attention and care, yet it yields a truly spectacular cup. While this marks the second consecutive year we’ve offered Yellow Pacamara as a single-origin release, it previously featured in a nano-blend from the farm. This season’s harvest reveals a sweet, full-bodied profile, distinguished by refined structure and a luxuriously rich mouthfeel.
