Espigo Farm is a family-run coffee farm in Brazils Cerrado Mineiro region, led by producer Gil Cesar de Melo. Coffee growing has been passed down through four generations of the family, with Gils sons Edu and Hugo now bringing new ideas and innovation while continuing the familys deep connection to the land. The farm places a strong emphasis on quality, environmental care and preserving its surrounding forest areas.
