La Serranía is a single origin coffee grown in microlots along the Central Cordillera of the Andes. The cherries were hand-picked, washed processed, then decaffeinated at the Descafecol facility in Manizales using a natural sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate solution to gently remove 99.7% of the caffeine. This process preserves the coffee's natural oils, leaving the profile intact. In the cup, La Serranía is medium-bodied, round, moreish, and delicious. With notes of panela sugar, raisin, and malt, it carries a refined sweetness and surprising depth. A better decaf with no compromise, it's one you can enjoy well into the evening.
