About this coffee
We're kicking off 2026 with a coffee from our longtime producer partner, Hacienda La Minita, from Costa Rica. El Gorrión, or 'little sparrow', is harvested for us year after year from the high elevation farms in Dota, Tarrazú. As a result of impactful conservation efforts, 60% of the land is now reforested and is home to the little sparrows that we visited last year on our latest producer visit.
