Consistently one of our most delicious releases, Willyan’s Pink Bourbon is a heady interplay of fruit, texture, and acidity. In a landscape increasingly shaped by extended and experimental fermentation, it’s refreshing to showcase a coffee from the other end of the spectrum - one grown with utmost care and attention and processed with minimal intervention. The natural, inherent flavours of the coffee shine through brightly in the cup. Now in the fourth year of our partnership, we’ve purchased the majority of Willyan’s Pink Bourbon each harvest, and with this release, we take the next step forward in this relationship. Every purchase of this coffee — whether by the bag or brewed in our cafes — contributes to an additional 15% payment, sent directly to Willyan and Maria on top of the price already paid. Facilitated through our long-term partners at Caravela, this is part of a prosperity pricing model designed to strengthen relationships between roasters and producers.
