A bold favourite returns. One of the signature blends of Peter and Penny Wolff’s Dandelion & Driftwood café, which first opened in Hendra in 2010, Driftwood is back from the Wolff legacy range. Rich aromas of molasses and cedar lead into a full, thick body with a creaminess reminiscent of chocolate ganache. Low acidity and subtle apricot notes round out a beautifully balanced, bold cup.
