Flavour & Notes Mulled wine and green grape notes lead, backed by a soft candy sweetness and gentle tang on the finish. Origin Story This honey-processed lot comes from the same Izuba cooperative in Burundi. After pulping, some of the mucilage is left intact during drying, giving it extra body and a more textured sweetness. The farmers’ care in sorting and sun-drying ensures the distinct nuance through to your cup.
