Los Santos is a reforestation legend, and even the local sparrows are singing louder for this one. Our first of three features from Finca Corralar, this San Isidro 48 hybrid is built for the tough conditions but tastes like a tropical holiday. Expect explosive passionfruit and pineapple over a deep chocolate-honey base. Climate-ready, flavour-heavy.
