About this coffee
Apple crumble and milk chocolate define this natural-processed lot, with deep dessert fruit tones and a soft, silky sweetness that lingers. Harvested and dried on cherry (natural process) at Izuba, this method preserves the fruit sugars and layers of complexity. The result is a sugar-laden cup that still retains clarity 6 thanks to careful selection and drying protocols.

Roaster Recommendation
Best with pour-over (V60, Kalita) or Chemex to reveal its layered sweetness and red-fruit undertone. Also shines as cold brew, where its dessert-like character really comes forward.
