Situated high in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, El Paraíso is not only Café Practices–certified but also deeply community-focused, providing regular medical care and seasonal celebrations for local families. This care and attention shows in the cup. Expect rich chocolate and toffee, layered with sweet date and a delicate orange-like acidity. It’s a vibrant yet balanced coffee — comforting with milk, elegant on its own.
