Typically Rwandan coffees can only be traced back to the washing station, due to the number of farmers using the stations and the small plots of land they own. Separation of such tiny lots is expensive and often impractical, so it is very rare to be able to showcase a coffee like Anastase Minani's, one that can be traced directly back to his farm in the Ruli sector of the Northern Province. This is the fifth consecutive year we've worked with Anastase Minani, his coffee is crisp, bright and always highly anticipated.
