
Mountain Culture x Mecca Collaboration For the first time, we've paired with the people at Mountain Culture to create an Imperial Pastry Stout that actually tastes like Tiramisu using 100% Sumatran coffee straight from Luciano Vicente's Micro Lot located in Caconde, Se3o Paulo in Brazil. The coffee was steeped in Mountain Culture's fermenter for 24 hours and then we built its Tiramisu-like flavour profile by adding 100 trays of fresh Tiramisu based on Mecca's Head Chef Brett Barbuto's family recipe. Giving this stout its creamy, complex coffee notes followed by indulgent hints of chocolate, vanilla and sponge cake drenched in Nonna's favourite liqueurs. Buon Appetito! The Coffee Cultivated by single families and handcrafted to perfection, FAF Reserve coffees are sourced from the cream of the crop of our partner farms. With dedication and enthusiasm (and with help from his neighbour Joe3o Hamilton), Luciano Vicente slowly started developing a strong connection with his coffee fields.
