About this coffee
This coffee is one of the most remarkable offerings of the year, delivering a unique flavour profile reminiscent of a Mojito cocktail. This exceptional micro lot undergoes an innovative experimental processing method. Initially, the coffee is fermented in an open environment for 72 hours. It is then rinsed, combined with yeast and peppermint, and subjected to an additional 96 hours of fermentation. Following this meticulous process, the beans are sun-dried for approximately 21 days before being carefully packed and shipped. The result is a coffee bursting with flavour, featuring notes of elderflower, ginger, lemongrass, and chocolate ice cream, all wrapped in a boozy yet refined body.
